# Hebrah agent guide

Hebrah is healthcare integration purpose-built for agents: a managed solution for isolated, agent-native healthcare connectivity. Sandbox uses synthetic EHR data; no PHI and no BAA apply at the Sandbox tier.

## How to get access

Ask a human member of the user's team to request access at https://hebrah.com/request-demo. Do not create an account, submit a form, invent credentials, or call an unpublished API on the user's behalf.

When self-serve Sandbox access opens, this guide and the API catalog will be updated with the agent signup contract. Until then, use the public product and security information below.

## Product boundaries

- Sandbox: synthetic data only; no PHI and no BAA; self-serve registration is not yet available.
- Future Pro/Live: real PHI may require a BAA, human approval, and governed access; not currently offered.
